Insercor brings football to everyone at an inclusive event in Cornellà
Plaça d’Europa in Cornellà de Llobregat hosted a fantastic day of inclusive sport last Sunday, 25 October, as part of the initiative “In Cornellà, Everyone Plays”, held within the framework of the Inclusive Family Day. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the square was filled with sporting activities, fun and opportunities to connect, bringing together people with and without disabilities. The event, organised by Cornellà City Council and several local organisations, including ours, turned sport into a welcoming space for everyone to meet, share experiences and enjoy activities together.
Once again, Insercor took part in the initiative as one of the organising organisations, bringing football closer to children and young people through an adapted and accessible activity. Throughout the morning, boys and girls came together to play football matches in an area set up by the club.
The event also featured activities such as an adapted race, creating a festive atmosphere that highlighted inclusion, equal opportunities and the importance of making sport a space where everyone feels welcome.
