What will we use the data for?

The personal data provided will be processed to manage the minor's registration and participation in the activity; organise groups, training sessions, and schedules; maintain the necessary communications related to the activity; manage the administrative and financial aspects of registration; deal with incidents that may arise during the activity; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Only data that is adequate, relevant, and necessary for these purposes will be processed.

What is the legal basis for processing?

The data required to manage registration and participation in the activity will be processed where necessary to perform the corresponding relationship and, where applicable, on other legal grounds provided for in data-protection legislation, such as compliance with legal obligations.

Where processing requires consent, it will be requested specifically, separately, and clearly. In particular, authorisations regarding the use of images and the sending of information about future activities will be requested independently.

Who may receive the data?

The data may be disclosed to third parties where there is a legal obligation, where this is necessary for the proper management of the activity, or where there is a legal basis permitting such disclosure.

Certain service providers working for UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U. may also access the data where necessary to provide their services. In such cases, the safeguards required by data-protection legislation will be applied.

How long will we retain the data?

The data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage registration and participation in the activity and thereafter for the periods required to comply with legal obligations or address potential liabilities.

What rights do you have?

The participant and, where appropriate, their parents or legal representatives may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability.

Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with current legislation.

For processing based on consent, children under the age of 14 will require the consent of those holding parental responsibility or guardianship. Participants aged 14 or over may give consent themselves where this is legally sufficient.

Why will photographs and videos be taken?

Photographs and audiovisual recordings may be made during the sports activities in which the minor participates.

These images may be used for the institutional and sporting communications of UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U., exclusively through its official social-media accounts.

Where may they be published?

The images may be published only on UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U.'s official social-media accounts.

Authorisation does not include using the images in advertising or commercial campaigns other than for the stated purpose, nor disclosing them to third parties for other purposes.

Is authorisation mandatory?

No. Authorisation to take and publish photographs and videos is voluntary and does not affect registration or participation in the activity.

Not authorising use of the participant's image will have no consequences for them.

Selecting one of the two Yes / No options is required only to complete the form and record the decision made.

How long will the images be used?

The images may be used while the authorisation remains applicable and while they remain published on the organisation's official accounts.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of uses made before withdrawal.

Once a withdrawal request has been received, UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U. will stop using the images for new uses that depend on that consent and, where possible, remove its own publications in which the participant appears.

Due to the nature of the Internet and social media, the organisation cannot guarantee the deletion of copies or reproductions that third parties may have made.

Who may authorise use of the image?

For participants under the age of 14, authorisation will be given by those holding parental responsibility or guardianship.

For participants aged 14 or over, the participant may give consent themselves where this is legally sufficient.

How can I withdraw authorisation?

Authorisation may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to info@uecornella.cat.

Withdrawal of consent will not have retroactive effect.

What will we use your contact details for?

If you authorise us to do so, UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U. may use the contact details provided during registration to send you information about upcoming sports and training activities organised by the organisation.

These communications may include information about future activities, technical-training programmes, campuses, clinics, events, sports programmes, calls for participation, and other activities related to football and sports training.

How may we contact you?

Communications may be sent by email and, where appropriate and expressly authorised, by WhatsApp or another communication channel, using the contact details provided for this purpose.

Is acceptance mandatory?

No. Receiving information about future activities is voluntary and is not required to register for or participate in the activity.

Not authorising these communications will have no effect on the minor's registration or participation.

Once authorisation has been withdrawn, we will stop using the data to send these communications.
