Only data that is adequate, relevant, and necessary for these purposes will be processed.

What is the legal basis for processing?

The data required to manage registration and participation in the activity will be processed where necessary to perform the corresponding relationship and, where applicable, on other legal grounds provided for in data-protection legislation, such as compliance with legal obligations.

Where processing requires consent, it will be requested specifically, separately, and clearly. In particular, authorisations regarding the use of images and the sending of information about future activities will be requested independently.

Who may receive the data?

The data may be disclosed to third parties where there is a legal obligation, where this is necessary for the proper management of the activity, or where there is a legal basis permitting such disclosure.

Certain service providers working for UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U. may also access the data where necessary to provide their services. In such cases, the safeguards required by data-protection legislation will be applied.

How long will we retain the data?

The data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage registration and participation in the activity and thereafter for the periods required to comply with legal obligations or address potential liabilities.

What rights do you have?

The participant and, where appropriate, their parents or legal representatives may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability.

Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, please contact info@uecornella.cat or write to C/ Comte Urgell 204, 5th-B (08036 Barcelona).

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with current legislation.

For processing based on consent, children under the age of 14 will require the consent of those holding parental responsibility or guardianship. Participants aged 14 or over may give consent themselves where this is legally sufficient.

Read the full information

What information do we need?

To deliver the football activity safely, we request only health information about the participant that may be necessary to understand circumstances we need to consider during the activity and to respond appropriately to an incident or emergency.

The form asks whether there is any health condition, illness, injury, allergy, intolerance, or medication that we should know about to ensure the participant's safety.

We will not request complete medical histories, medical reports, or health information that is not necessary for the safe delivery of the activity.

What will we use this information for?

The information provided will be used solely to ensure the participant's safety and proper care during the activity and to respond appropriately to an incident or emergency where necessary.

Access to this information will be limited to people within the organisation who need it for these purposes.

How will health data be processed?

Health data is afforded special protection under data-protection legislation. It will be processed only where there is a legal basis permitting this and with the appropriate security and confidentiality measures.

The organisation will process only the information necessary for the stated purpose and will not use this data for other purposes unless there is a legal basis permitting it.

How long will we retain the information?

The information will be retained for as long as necessary to manage participation and ensure the participant's safety during the activity and thereafter for the periods required to comply with legal obligations or address potential liabilities.

Who may access this information?

Access will be limited to UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U. staff and, where necessary, people assisting with the organisation or delivery of the activity who need this information to ensure the participant's safety.

Health data will not be disclosed to third parties for purposes other than those stated unless there is a legal obligation or other legal basis permitting it.

What rights do you have?

The participant and, where appropriate, their parents or legal representatives may exercise the rights recognised by data-protection legislation, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and restriction of processing, under the legally applicable terms.

Images and videos on social media

Why photographs and videos are taken, where they are published, and how to withdraw authorisation.

Read the full information

Why will photographs and videos be taken?

Photographs and audiovisual recordings may be made during the sports activities in which the minor participates.

These images may be used for the institutional and sporting communications of UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U., exclusively through its official social-media accounts.

Where may they be published?

The images may be published only on UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U.'s official social-media accounts.

Authorisation does not include using the images in advertising or commercial campaigns other than for the stated purpose, nor disclosing them to third parties for other purposes.

Is authorisation mandatory?

No. Authorisation to take and publish photographs and videos is voluntary and does not affect registration or participation in the activity.

Not authorising use of the participant's image will have no consequences for them.

Selecting one of the two Yes / No options is required only to complete the form and record the decision made.

How long will the images be used?

The images may be used while the authorisation remains applicable and while they remain published on the organisation's official accounts.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of uses made before withdrawal.

Once a withdrawal request has been received, UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U. will stop using the images for new uses that depend on that consent and, where possible, remove its own publications in which the participant appears.

Due to the nature of the Internet and social media, the organisation cannot guarantee the deletion of copies or reproductions that third parties may have made.

Who may authorise use of the image?

For participants under the age of 14, authorisation will be given by those holding parental responsibility or guardianship.

For participants aged 14 or over, the participant may give consent themselves where this is legally sufficient.

How can I withdraw authorisation?

Authorisation may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to info@uecornella.cat.

Withdrawal of consent will not have retroactive effect.

Do you authorise UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U. to take and publish photographs and/or videos of the participant on its official social-media accounts for institutional and sports-promotion purposes?*

YES, I authorise it

NO, I do not authorise it

You must select one of the two options to continue, but authorisation is voluntary. Selecting “NO” will not prevent registration or participation in the activity.

Information about upcoming activities

What communications we send, through which channels, the legal basis, and how to unsubscribe.

Read the full information

What will we use your contact details for?

If you authorise us to do so, UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U. may use the contact details provided during registration to send you information about upcoming sports and training activities organised by the organisation.

These communications may include information about future activities, technical-training programmes, campuses, clinics, events, sports programmes, calls for participation, and other activities related to football and sports training.

How may we contact you?

Communications may be sent by email and, where appropriate and expressly authorised, by WhatsApp or another communication channel, using the contact details provided for this purpose.

Is acceptance mandatory?

No. Receiving information about future activities is voluntary and is not required to register for or participate in the activity.

Not authorising these communications will have no effect on the minor's registration or participation.

Selecting one of the two Yes / No options is required only to complete the form and record the decision made.

What is the legal basis?

These communications will be sent on the basis of consent, which will be requested specifically and separately from any other processing.

Consent may be withdrawn easily at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

How long may we send you information?

The data will be used for this purpose while consent remains in place.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link included in communications, where available, or by sending a request to info@uecornella.cat.

Once authorisation has been withdrawn, we will stop using the data to send these communications.

Would you like to receive information about upcoming UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U. activities?*

YES, I would like to receive information about future activities, technical-training programmes, campuses, clinics, events, sports programmes, and other activities organised by UE Cornellà Pro S.L.U.

NO, I do not wish to receive information about future activities.

You must select one of the two options to continue, but authorisation is voluntary and does not affect registration or participation in the activity.
